How To Cook Chicken Soup With Melted Cheese, Rice And Potatoes - Recipe

Required products :

500 grams of chicken fillet
400 grams of melted cheese
150 grams of rice
400 grams of potatoes
150 grams of branded
150 grams of onion
salt and ground black pepper to taste
parsley to taste

Method of preparation :

Pour the fillet with 3 liters of water, season to taste and cook the meat until cooked. Then take it out of the broth.

Let it continue to boil and pour in the rice. 10 minutes later, add the finely chopped onions and grated carrots, peeled and diced potatoes. Allow everything to boil for 5-7 minutes and add the meat, which you also pre-cut into cubes.

Leave the soup on the stove until the potatoes are fully cooked. Once they are soft enough, add the melted cheese, stir and remove from the heat.

Sprinkle the dish with chopped fresh parsley and serve.
