We present you an appetizing chicken soup with a thick delicious broth, large noodles instead of noodles and many flavors.

Required products :

  • 1 whole chicken
  • 4 liters of water
  • 6 cloves garlic, lightly crushed with a knife
  • 2 fresh sprigs of thyme
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black peppercorns
  • 4 carrots, peeled and cut into large pieces
  • 2 onions, peeled and cut into quarters
  • 2 stalks of celery, cut into 4 pieces
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1 cup finely chopped celery stalks
  • 1 teaspoon finely chopped carrots
  • 220 grams of egg noodles
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped parsley

Method of preparation :

Put the chicken, water, garlic, black peppercorns, large pieces of carrot, celery and onion in a large saucepan. Boil until the chicken is ready.

Remove the meat from the broth, strain the liquid or remove the vegetables with a slotted spoon. Clean the meat of bones and skin.

Put the fat in a clean pan and fry the chopped celery and carrots for about 10 minutes.

Add the broth, noodles, season with salt and pepper. Cook for 10 minutes, add the meat and sprinkle with parsley.

After 5 minutes the soup is ready to serve.
