How To Cook Chicken Soup With Potatoes And Melted Cheese - Recipe

Required products :

  • 500-600 grams of chicken or other poultry
  • 3-4 medium-sized potatoes
  • onion head
  • Bay leaf
  • 200 grams of melted cheese
  • 180 grams of carrots
  • 20-30 grams of chopped parsley (can dill)
  • 1-2 tablespoons butter
  • spices


Method of preparation :

Pour a little water into a three-liter saucepan and put the meat. Add the spices (black pepper and allspice, a little salt, bay leaf), place the dish on the stove and let the meat boil for 20 minutes (over low heat) after boiling the water.

Remove the chicken from the pan.

Peel the potatoes and onions, cut them into small cubes. Grate the carrots coarsely and cut the meat and melted cheese into approximately equal pieces.

Put the potatoes in the boiling broth and let them cook for about 7 minutes.

Melt the butter in a pan and fry some onions and carrots, season the vegetables, then pour them into the pan.

A few minutes later (5-7 minutes) add the chicken, then the pieces of melted cheese.

Sprinkle the finished soup with chopped parsley or dill and serve.
