How To Cook Chicken Soup With Rice, Zucchini And Vegetables - Recipe

Necessary products:

 

  • 400 grams of chicken breast
  • half a cup of blanched rice
  • 1 large zucchini
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 soft tomato
  • 1 onion
  • a few sprigs of fresh coriander
  • a few sprigs of fresh parsley
  • a few stalks of chervil
  • salt, pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

 

Method of preparation:

 

Wash, dry and cut the meat into small pieces. Put them in a saucepan, pour water, salt and boil. Strain the broth, pour into a clean container and simmer on low heat.

Add peeled and finely chopped carrots, onions, zucchini, tomatoes. Add the chopped fresh spices, salt, pepper and olive oil.

Put the rice, add about another 200 milliliters of water and let the soup simmer on low heat until ready. Distribute portions and serve warm.
