Necessary products:

Determine the quantity of the products yourself according to your preferences and the desired number of servings.

  • chicken fillet (semi-cooked or pan-fried)
  • cheese
  • ham
  • breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • flour
  • curry

Method of preparation:

Make "pockets" of the fillet, salt the inside, spread a little curry and leave for 15 - 20 minutes to taste. Cut the ham into thin slices and the yellow cheese into thicker ones. Their size should be consistent with the size of the "pockets" and the products should not go beyond them. Put a piece of ham and yellow cheese in the fillet. Beat the egg in a bowl, in another bowl pour flour, and in a third - breadcrumbs. Make a triple breading of the stuffed fillet, rolling it first in the flour, then dip in the egg and finally in the breadcrumbs. Fry in oil on both sides on medium heat in a pan closed with a lid.

You can serve with a garnish of fresh vegetables or mashed potatoes, also sprinkle with chopped parsley for decoration.
