How To Cook Chicken Steaks With Onions, Tomatoes And Cheese - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Chicken steaks with onions, tomatoes and yellow cheese". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

500-600 grams of chicken breast
1-2 tomatoes
100 grams of yellow cheese
1 head red onion
50-70 milliliters olive oil
dry rosemary, basil and thyme to taste
fresh dill or parsley to serve

Method of preparation :

Wash and dry the breasts, then remove all veins and excess fat. Cut into 4-5 flat pieces, pound them on both sides, season with dried herbs, salt to taste, pour olive oil and leave to marinate for 10 minutes.

Cut onions and tomatoes into semicircles and circles, respectively. The juicier the tomatoes, the better.

Finely grate the yellow cheese.

Fry the chicken in a little olive oil until a golden crust forms on one side. Then turn from the other and immediately spread the yellow cheese on top, then the tomato rings and finally the onion. This consistency is important because yellow cheese will "blind" the meat with the vegetables.

Fry until done.

Serve hot, sprinkled with chopped fresh dill or parsley.

Enjoy your meal!
