Necessary products:

  • 1 cup white rice
  • 3 teaspoons water
  • salt, pepper
  • 30 grams of butter
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 350-400 grams of chicken fillet, cut into cubes
  • fresh parsley for decoration
  • 30 milliliters of liquid cooking cream
  • 150 grams of chopped vine leaves from a jar
  • juice of half a lemon

Method of preparation:

In a saucepan, heat the butter and fry the chicken together with the chopped vine leaves. Stir and add onion and rice.

Season with salt, pepper and stir. Pour the water and cream. Cook the dish for 30 minutes on low heat.

When ready, distribute portions, garnish with parsley sprigs and garnish with lemon juice.
