Necessary products:

  • 2 sprigs of fresh onion
  • 150 grams of finely chopped fresh spinach
  • 50 grams of butter
  • 1 kg of chicken legs
  • 150 milliliters of sour cream
  • 4-5 potatoes, peeled and cut into cubes
  • 1 soft tomato, peeled and finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • salt, pepper to taste
  • 100 milliliters of white wine
  • 150-200 milliliters of chicken broth

 

Method of preparation:

 

Boil the chicken, strain the broth and separate about a liter of it. In another pan, heat oil and fry onions, spinach, meat, tomatoes and potatoes.

Season the dish with salt, black and red pepper to taste. Pour the broth, wine and reduce the heat. Cook the dish on low heat until the products are ready and the liquid is reduced.

Turn off the dish, remove from the heat and season with sour cream. Stir, spread on a plate and serve.
