Required products :

10-12 chicken wings
1/6 teaspoon sugar
3 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons oil
1 clove garlic
1 teaspoon salt
chili pepper to taste

 

Method of preparation :

Wash the wings, cut into two pieces at the bone and place in a saucepan. Pour a little water (enough to cover them), add salt and put on the stove to boil for 15 minutes. Then drain the liquid using a colander and dry.

Heat the oil in a pan, add the sugar and stir until it melts. Then pour the lemon juice and soy sauce, add hot red pepper to taste. Stir.

Fry the wings in the spicy caramel, stirring constantly. When the liquid evaporates, add the crushed garlic clove, stir again and a minute later remove the pan from the heat.

 

Bring them to a boil.
