Required products :

1.5 kilograms of chicken wings
250 milliliters of water
100 grams of tomato paste
30 grams of honey
2 tablespoons oil
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon sweet paprika
chili pepper and black pepper to taste
3 cloves garlic


Method of preparation :

Heat the oil in a pan and put the wings in it. Immediately add the tomato puree, honey, both types of pepper, a teaspoon of salt and stir. Pour in the water and stir again.

Allow the wings to simmer uncovered for 30 minutes until the liquid has evaporated.
Then take them out one by one in a tray, the bottom of which you have covered with parchment. The fat must remain in the pan. Add the crushed garlic cloves and add more oil, if necessary (the amount should be about 8 teaspoons).

Place the dish in an oven preheated to 220 degrees for 5 minutes, then pour the wings with garlic fat and return the dish to bake until a strong garlic flavor.

Bring them to a boil.
