How To Cook Chicken With Artichoke And Balsamic Vinegar - Recipe

We usually don't have time to waste during the week and dinner is often neglected to save time. However, there are a number of dishes that are prepared in half an hour and are very tasty. This is our proposal, the preparation takes no more than 30-35 minutes, and during its preparation, you will have the opportunity to make a salad.

Required products :

  • 8 upper chicken legs
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1 onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 can of 400 grams of chopped tomatoes
  • 1/4 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon Italian spice mix
  • 1/4 tea cup, pitted olives
  • 1 can of artichokes (400 grams)

Method of preparation :

Season the meat with salt and pepper.

Heat a large skillet, fry the meat for 4 minutes on all sides until browned. Remove to a plate.

Fry the onion in the pan until soft. Add tomatoes, balsamic vinegar, honey, Italian spices, artichokes and olives. Once the liquid boils, return the meat to the pan.

Cover with a lid and cook for 20 minutes.

Serve the dish warm.
