Melt the butter in a pan and fry the breasts briefly until browned. Arrange them in a tray. Scatter artichokes and mushrooms along them.
Saute onions until browned and crispy. Add the flour, rosemary, salt and pepper and stir. Pour the chicken broth and after it boils and begins to reduce, remove from the heat and pour over the meat.
Bake at 180 degrees for 40 minutes.
If desired, you can serve the dish with pasta. Sprinkle with parsley each serving.
