Required products :

  • 4 skinless chicken legs steaks
  • 3 slices of bacon
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 250 grams of asparagus (peeled)
  • 1 small yellow zucchini, cut into sticks
  • 4 green onions

Method of preparation :

Cut the bacon into small pieces and cut each chicken steak in half.

Season with salt and pepper and place the meat and bacon in a dry pan to fry. When the chicken acquires a golden crust, pour the broth and put a lid. Stew for 5 minutes.

Meanwhile, place the vegetables in a small bowl, season and cover with plastic wrap. Heat for 3-5 minutes on the highest microwave.

Serve the chicken on top of the vegetables and pour each portion with the sauce left in the pan.
