How To Cook Chicken With Broccoli And Parmesan In Béchamel Sauce In The Oven - Recipe

Required products :

  • 400 grams of chicken breast
  • 500 grams of broccoli
  • 50 grams of parmesan
  • 50 grams of breadcrumbs
  • 50 grams of butter
  • 700 ml Béchamel sauce (to be the density of liquid cream)
  • 1 carrot
  • salt, tarragon and nutmeg to taste


Method of preparation :

Peel a carrot and cut it into pieces. Wash the broccoli and divide into inflorescences. Steam the two vegetables or boil in a small amount of water until semi-finished.

Wash the chicken breasts, cut into pieces, which then turn into narrow strips. Stew them in a little vegetable oil, stirring. The meat should turn white, salt it.

Grease a form with a little butter and distribute the pieces of broccoli and carrots in it. Spread the chicken on them, sprinkle with fresh or dried tarragon and pour the sauce, which is covered with breadcrumbs and grated Parmesan cheese.
