Method of preparation:
Heat olive oil and fry onions, celery, mushrooms and carrots. Add the chopped chicken and season with thyme stalks. Combine the broth with the cream, stir and pour the liquid.
Reduce the heat of the hob, cover the dish with a lid and prepare the dumplings. Add baking powder, salt, pepper and butter to the flour. Make dough and form small balls.
Add the resulting dumplings to the boiling broth and cook for another 10-15 minutes. Cool the dish, pour portions and serve.
