How To Cook Chicken With Fennel, Vegetables And Olives - Recipe

Necessary products:

 

  • 500 grams of chicken breast
  • 2 soft tomatoes, peeled
  • 1 carrot, peeled and sliced
  • 50 grams of green olives
  • salt, black pepper, paprika
  • 1 chapter fenel (resenet)
  • a few fresh basil leaves
  • 1 red pepper, cleaned and finely chopped
  • 30 milliliters of white wine
  • 40 grams of butter
  • 1 tablespoon flour

 

Method of preparation:

 

Put the butter in a pan with a lid and heat it. Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper and paprika to taste, roll them in flour and fry them on both sides.

Drain the meat, set it aside, and saute finely chopped fennel in the same fat. Add the carrots, chopped tomatoes, olives, peppers and season with chopped fresh basil.

Pour the white wine and simmer the mixture over low heat for 20 minutes. Stir and add the chicken breasts. Cook under a lid for another 10 minutes and remove the dish from the heat. Distribute portions and serve.
