A quick and delicious dinner, this is what we offer you today. Prepare the chicken fillets with a light lemon flavor. They are made quickly and the meat remains juicy.

Required products :

  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 6 chicken breasts (about 1 kg)
  • salt and pepper
  • 3/4 tea cup flour
  • 1 clove of garlic, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 6 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons capers
  • 3 tablespoons finely chopped fresh parsley

Method of preparation :

Melt the butter in a pan and add the olive oil.

Cut the breasts into chunks, season with salt and pepper. Roll them in flour, put in the pan and fry until browned.

Take them out on a plate, put the garlic in the pan and fry for a minute. Add the broth (you can replace with white wine) and lemon juice. When the liquid boils, return the meat to the pan and add the capers. Cook for another 5 minutes on medium heat.

Sprinkle with fresh parsley, stir and serve.
