Required products :

  • 450 grams of chicken breasts cut in half
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 450 grams of linguine
  • 2 cloves garlic, pressed
  • 1 teaspoon yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon cream
  • kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped

Spices :

  • 2 teaspoons smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon hot red pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
  • salt and freshly ground black pepper

Method of preparation :

  • Mix the spices in a small bowl.
  • Put the chicken breasts in a clean plastic bag with a closing mechanism, along with olive oil and a mixture of spices.
  • Close and shake vigorously to taste evenly.
  • Melt 2 tablespoons butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
  • Fry the meat on both sides for about 4-5 minutes until golden brown.
  • Wrap it in foil and set aside.
  • Boil the pasta in a large saucepan with boiling salted water, according to the instructions on the package. Drain well.
  • Melt the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter in the pan and sauté the garlic for about 1 minute.
  • Gradually add the yogurt and cream and cook for another 4-5 minutes until the sauce thickens. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Set aside a small amount of sauce and pour the rest over the linguines. Stir gently to distribute evenly.
  • Serve the chicken steaks on a bed of pasta and garnish with the reserved sauce.
  • Serve warm, sprinkled with fresh parsley.
