Chicken fillet is often said to be boring and dry, but cooked this way, it will be very juicy and tasty. And wine sauces are very fragrant and give an even more pleasant taste to the dish.

Required products :

  • 4 pieces of chicken breast
  • 1 teaspoon flour
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 2 cloves garlic (crushed)
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
  • 500 grams of mushroom mushrooms
  • 2 tea glasses of marsala wine
  • 2 teaspoons chicken broth
  • the juice of 1/2 lemon 
  • parsley for serving

Method of preparation :

Cut the chicken fillet crosswise in half to thin it. From each fillet, you need to make 3 pieces.

 

In a bowl, mix the flour, salt and other spices. Stir and bread the meat in it and fry in 2 tablespoons of butter. Separate the crispy meat in a plate and fry the garlic cloves, onions and chopped mushrooms in the pan.

 

Fry them until the mushrooms turn brown and the water evaporates from them, add the wine and chicken broth. Squeeze half a lemon and simmer until the sauce is reduced and the liquid is halved.

 

Remove from the heat and put 2 tablespoons of butter in the sauce and stir until melted. Arrange the meat on top and pour the sauce over it, let it simmer for 5 minutes, occasionally watering the chicken fillet.

Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve with potatoes, pasta or rice.
