Method of preparation:

  • 2 pieces of chicken breast
  • 6 raw medium potatoes
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 100 grams of grated yellow cheese
  • 1 bunch parsley
  • left
  • pepper
  • oil

Method of preparation:

Cut parsley and mix it with grated yellow cheese.

Cut the meat into thin layers.

Seal it in a dry pan, seasoning with salt and pepper, literally for 2-3 minutes. If the pan you are using does not have a non-stick coating, pour a little oil and fry the meat.

Peel the potatoes and grate them with a coarse grater, drain the liquid well and add the eggs, flour, salt and stir.

Heat a frying pan, pour enough oil to cover the bottom. Spread the potatoes and press with a spatula. This will give you something like a potato pancake.

When it is baked on one side (2-3 minutes are enough), turn on the other and put the chicken in half of the "pancake".

Sprinkle with the mixture of yellow cheese and parsley, wait 2-3 minutes for the potatoes to brown and the yellow cheese to begin to melt.

Close the "pancake" with the free part and bake for about a minute on each side.

Enjoy your meal!
