Required products :

2 pieces chicken fillet
400 grams canned red beans
1-2 onions
1 carrot
1 sweet pepper
1-2 cloves garlic
400 grams peeled canned tomatoes (chopped)
salt, pepper and green spices to taste
oil for frying

Method of preparation :

Peel and chop onions and carrots, fry them until soft in hot oil.
Cut the chicken fillet into cubes and fry it until golden in a separate bowl, seasoning to taste.
Mix onion, carrot and fillet, add tomatoes and let everything simmer for 5 minutes.
Then put the chopped pepper and garlic and leave everything on the stove for another 5-7 minutes.
Finally, add the canned beans and 3 minutes later remove the pan from the heat.

The dish is ready. Sprinkle with chopped fresh green spices and serve.
