How To Cook Chicken With Red Peppers And Three Types Of Pepper Sauce - Recipe

Necessary products:

 

  • 700 grams of chicken fillet
  • 200 grams of marinated red peppers
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 10 grams of black peppercorns
  • juice of half a lemon
  • 20 milliliters of olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon pomegranate juice
  • 10 grams of green and red peppercorns

 

Method of preparation:

 

In a blender, put the three types of peppercorns, add lemon juice, pomegranate juice, olive oil, soy sauce and beat until smooth.

 

Pour the marinade into a bowl and add the diced meat.

 

Leave the chicken in the mixture for two hours. Heat olive oil and fry the meat, add the chopped pickled peppers and onions. Reduce the heat, cook for 20 minutes and pour the remaining marinade.

After 5 minutes, remove from the heat, stir and pour the dish in portions. Serve and eat with pleasure.
