Required products :
400 grams of scalded long-grain rice
500 grams of chicken liver
1 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon oil
2 onions
2 tablespoons raisins

Method of preparation :
Sprinkle the legs with salt, pepper and dried chopped parsley. Add lemon juice, 2 tablespoons oil, stir and leave to marinate for half or 1 hour. Then fry in oil under a lid on low heat until cooked and to form a beautiful appetizing crust.

Wash the livers under running water, cut them into small pieces and dry.
