Required products :

300 grams brown long grain rice
3 pieces of skinless chicken breast
3 cobs (or use canned)
1 red sweet pepper
1 tablespoon fresh oregano
1 clove garlic
1 onion
2-3 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground chives
2-4 teaspoons spinach leaves

Method of preparation :

Boil the rice until ready.

Boil the corn kernels as well (40 minutes for those of young cobs and 2 hours for old ones). If you use canned corn, you do not have to process it in any way.

Clean the pepper from the stalk and seeds, cut it into small cubes. Cut the onion in the same way.

Finely chop the fresh oregano, mash the garlic clove.

Cut the chicken breasts into large pieces.

Heat olive oil in a saucepan, add the diced onions, peppers and meat. Fry them until they turn red. When this happens, add the oregano, salt, cumin, garlic and stir.

You should add the corn and spinach to the dish. Fry until the spinach is soft and the meat is ready.
Then put the cooked rice in the bowl with the other products, stir, turn off the stove, close the pot with a lid and let the dish stand for 10 minutes.

You can already submit.

Enjoy your meal!
