Learn how to cook "Chicken with rice, eggs and mushrooms in batter". Delicious recipe.
Required products :
about 500-550 grams of flour
120 grams of butter
20 grams of sugar
100 milliliters of milk
100 grams of sour cream
1 teaspoon baking soda
salt to taste
300 grams of mushrooms
7-8 eggs

green spices to taste and taste
2 teaspoons of broth ( chicken)
150 milliliters of liquid cream
2 pieces of chicken breast
Method of preparation :
Boil the chicken and 2-3 of the eggs. When the meat has cooled, cut it into small cubes.
Make a cream sauce by mixing the butter and some of the flour (about 100 grams) in a saucepan. Place on the hob and cook, stirring constantly (it is best to do this in a water bath).
Pour the broth and liquid cream, let the sauce thicken. Remove from heat and beat.
Separately mix 2-3 egg yolks with about 150 grams of flour and mix well.
Gradually add the milk and sour cream that you have previously mixed, stirring constantly. A uniform consistency must be obtained.
Put the pan on low heat or in a water bath and stir constantly with a wire whisk. Once the combination thickens, remove from the heat and beat until smooth.
Pour the chicken over it and stir.
Wash and chop the mushrooms, fry them. Towards the end of their preparation, pour the meat with the sauce over them and let everything simmer, stirring constantly.
It's time to knead the dough. To do this, mix 2 eggs with salt, sugar and baking soda.
Add about 300 grams of flour and make a dough that you divide into two parts, one being 3 times larger than the other).
Boil the rice.
Spread most of the dough on the bottom of a suitable tray, covering the walls of the bowl as well. The first layer of stuffing should be rice (most, but not all), mixed with chopped green spices.
Then put the boiled eggs, cut into circles.
It's time for the chicken with the sauce and the mushrooms. And finish with the remaining rice.
Roll out the smaller ball of dough, make a few cuts on it and close the filling with leaves. Brush with egg yolk and bake in a preheated oven for about 40 minutes.
The dish is ready. It is extremely filling and delicious.
