Required products :

  • 2 teaspoons rice
  • 1 onion - finely chopped
  • 2 teaspoons chicken broth
  • 350 grams of mushroom cream soup (or canned)
  • 3 upper legs
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 2 teaspoons fresh thyme
  • 1 crushed garlic clove
  • fresh parsley for sprinkling
  • salt and pepper

Method of preparation :

Grease a pan with oil or use cooking spray. Add rice and onion, season with salt and pepper, pour the broth and mushroom soup.

Arrange the chicken legs, grease the meat with the melted butter and sprinkle with thyme and garlic, season the meat as well.

Cover the pan with foil and bake for 1 hour at 170 degrees. Remove the foil and bake for another 30 minutes.

Garnish with parsley before serving.
