Required products :

  • 4 pieces of chicken breast
  • 2 teaspoons cherry tomatoes - halved
  • grains of 2 cobs of corn
  • 2 cloves garlic - cut into thin slices
  • 1/4 tea cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • salt and pepper
  • basil for garnish

Method of preparation :

Cut 4 pieces of aluminum foil 30 cm long.

Put one of the chicken fillets on each leaf and spread the tomatoes, corn and garlic. Drizzle the portions with olive oil and add oil. Season with salt and pepper.

Fold the foil crosswise over the chicken and vegetable mixture to completely cover the products and close the bag tightly. Turn with the folded sides down and grill.
