Required products :

  • 4 pieces of chicken (legs)
  • 600 milliliters of chicken broth
  • 4 large peeled potatoes, cut into large pieces

  • 120 grams of bacon, cut into strips
  • 1 onion, cut into circles
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 30 grams of flour
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
  • 1 teaspoon thyme
  • 2 bay leaves
  • salt to taste

Method of preparation :

Take a large saucepan in which you pour olive oil, and in it fry the legs on both sides for about 15 - 20 minutes and remove the meat from the pan. Fry the bacon, carrots, celery and onion in the same fat until golden. Take everything out of the pot. Remove the fat from the remaining juice and pour the flour into it. Fry for 3-5 minutes, stirring constantly. Add the broth, stir, add salt, pepper and let the mixture boil for a while. Then add the bay leaves, thyme and parsley. Return the meat, carrots, celery and onions to the pan, add the sliced ​​potatoes and bring to a boil. Close the pan with a lid and put the dish to cook in a preheated oven for 90 minutes.
