Required products :

  • 250 grams of canned chickpeas
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 eggs
  • 310 milliliters of boiling water
  • 5 milliliters of olive oil
  • 35 grams of parsley
  • 100 grams of couscous
  • 1/2 lemon (peel only)
  • 45 milliliters of oil
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

 

Method of preparation :

Pour a little olive oil over the couscous, add salt and boiling water. Close with a lid and wait for the grains to absorb the liquid.

Meanwhile, in a blender, beat the canned chickpeas together with the chopped parsley, a little garlic and salt. Then add the eggs, stir, add the grated lemon peel. Combine with couscous

Knead the minced meat until smooth, let it cool and with wet hands make meatballs from it.

Fry them on both sides in hot oil until golden. It is best to take them out on paper so that it can absorb the excess oil.
