Required products :

  • 1 can of 400 grams of chickpeas
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil or vegetable oil
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 4 to 8 tablespoons of ghee

Method of preparation :

Squeeze the chickpeas from the can, but do not wash it. Spread it in a baking tray and grease it.

Bake for 20 minutes at 180 degrees, and half time - stir.

Allow to cool for 10 minutes.

Transfer the chickpeas to a blender and mix until fine crumbs are obtained. Add honey, cinnamon, salt and 4 tablespoons of ghee. Mix again and if you want a smoother texture, continue to add 1 tablespoon of ghee until you get the desired mixture.
