Soak chickpeas overnight in water, then change the water and boil the beans until done.
Roast the sunflower seeds in a dry pan and crush or grind.
Pour the chickpeas in a blender, add the sunflower and parsley, red pepper, salt, honey, pour the oil and lemon juice.
Grind the products until smooth and serve on a slice of bread.
