Learn how to cook "Chickpea pancakes stuffed with pumpkin and yellow cheese crust". Delicious recipe.
Required products :
100 grams of chickpea flour
1 egg
300 milliliters of milk
3 tablespoons oil
1 teaspoon butter (top)
salt, ground black pepper and turmeric to taste
For the stuffing:
600 grams of pumpkin
150 grams of onion
2 sprigs of rosemary
grated yellow cheese for sprinkling
Method of preparation :
Mix the chickpea flour with the turmeric.
Add the oil, egg and milk, add salt and pepper to taste. Mix and let the dough rest for 30-40 minutes.
Meanwhile, make the filling.
Peel a squash, grate it and cut it into small cubes.
Fry the onion in the oil, add the rosemary stalks and 3 minutes later remove the products from the bowl in which you put the pumpkin. Add salt and let it cook until soft (about 20-30 minutes). Allow to cool.
Bake thin pancakes from the dough in a greased pan. Put the pumpkin on top of each and sprinkle with grated yellow cheese.
Close, forming "packets" and arrange in a tray, the bottom of which you greased with oil.
Sprinkle with yellow cheese and bake in the oven until golden brown (about 30 minutes).
