Learn how to cook "Chickpea pate with mushrooms and vegetables". Delicious recipe.
Required products :
2 onions
2 medium carrots
150 grams mushrooms
3 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 teaspoon curry
1/2 teaspoon turmeric
1 teaspoon ground sweet red pepper
1/2 teaspoon ground coriander
1 teaspoon chickpeas
Method of preparation :
Fill chickpeas with water and leave for 6 hours, preferably overnight. Then add salt and cook until done.
Finely chop the onion and fry in olive oil until transparent.
Add the carrots, cut into thin strips, close the jar with a lid and let simmer until done.
It's time for boiled mushrooms, chickpeas and spices. Pour 5-6 tablespoons of the broth in which you cooked chickpeas.
Stir and turn off the stove. Allow the mixture to cool to a warm state and make a puree using a blender.
Transfer to a form whose bottom you have covered with plastic wrap and wrap with it.
Put the pate in the refrigerator for a few hours.
You can serve with fresh cucumbers.
