Required products :
430 grams canned chickpeas
2 tablespoons chopped pitted olives
1 tablespoon chopped red onion
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
1/2 lemon
salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
olive oil to taste
Method of preparation :
In a suitable bowl, mix the chickpeas with the pieces of olives, add the finely chopped red onion and parsley, pour freshly squeezed lemon juice to taste and season with salt and ground black pepper.
Mash everything with a fork, but do not puree. Finally, pour olive oil to taste and you can serve the pate on a toasted slice, for example.
