Soak chickpeas for 1 night or for at least 6 hours. It must significantly increase its volume. Then boil in water (without salt). You do not need to cook for a long time. Check the readiness by squeezing a grain with your fingers and if it becomes a puree, then the chickpeas are cooked enough. Put salt at the end of cooking, drain the water and save it (you will need it later). Mash the chickpeas (to make a puree), add the sesame tahini, lemon juice, crushed garlic and beat again. If the mixture becomes very thick, dilute with a little of the broth you separated from cooking the chickpeas. It's time for peanut butter - add it, stir until smooth.
Sprinkle the finished pate with peanut butter or make "holes" and pour in them from it. Sprinkle with paprika and finely chopped parsley.
