Necessary products:

 

  • 500 grams of minced beef
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 1/2 head onion
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • half a leek
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 1 tablespoon sweet chili sauce
  • 500 grams of canned tomatoes
  • 10 grams of cumin
  • 10 grams of red pepper
  • 10 grams of smoked paprika
  • 19 grams of curry powder
  • 400 grams of canned red beans
  • 300 grams of sweet canned corn
  • 1 teaspoon chili
  • salt and pepper
  • fresh parsley for sprinkling

 

Method of preparation:

 

Heat olive oil and fry the minced meat, along with chopped onions, garlic and leeks. Stir and add bay leaf, chopped pepper, tomato paste, chili sauce, diced tomatoes. Stir the dish again.

After 4-5 minutes, season with cumin, black, red and smoked pepper, curry and chili. Add beans, corn and a little water, about 1 cup.

Bring the dish to a simmer until the liquid is reduced and the vegetables simmer. Cool, sprinkle in portions and sprinkle with fresh parsley.
