Necessary products:

 

  • 500 grams of minced pork
  • 500 grams of minced beef
  • 2 cloves garlic, pressed
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 sprigs of chopped green onions
  • salt, pepper
  • one egg
  • frying fat
  • 50 grams of grated cheese

 

for Chimichuri sauce

 

  • 1/2 cup finely chopped parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1/4 tea cup red balsamic vinegar
  • 3-4 stalks chopped fresh oregano
  • 1/2 tablespoon chili
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • salt and pepper

 

Method of preparation:

 

Put both types of minced meat in a bowl and stir. Season with garlic, breadcrumbs, onion, salt, pepper and egg. Knead and cool the minced meat for one hour.

Heat fat in a pan, form meatballs, fry and drain. In another bowl, mix all the ingredients for Chimichurito and mix until homogeneous.

Serve the warm meatballs, garnished with the resulting sauce and sprinkle with the grated cheese. Serve and eat with pleasure.
