How To Cook Chinese Cabbage Salad With Corn, Sesame And Garlic Dressing - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Peking cabbage salad with corn, sesame and garlic dressing". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

  • 250 grams of canned corn
  • 100 grams of Chinese cabbage (you can replace it with lettuce leaves)
  • 60 milliliters of wine vinegar
  • 40 milliliters of olive oil
  • 20 grams of sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • pepper
  • left

 

Method of preparation :

Chop the leaves of Chinese cabbage or lettuce with your hands (if you prefer, you can cut, of course). Put in a bowl and add the corn kernels, previously drained of the liquid.

Mix olive oil and vinegar, add mustard and crushed garlic cloves, mix until smooth.

Season the salad with the dressing, sprinkle with sesame seeds and you can serve.
