How To Cook Chinese Rice Leek With Iceberg, Vegetables And Eggs - Recipe

Necessary products:

 

  • 1 and 1/2 tea cups white rice
  • 5 teaspoons water or vegetable broth
  • 2 carrots, finely chopped
  • 2 leeks, cut into circles
  • 50 grams of chopped iceberg lettuce
  • 2 pressed garlic cloves
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • black pepper to your liking
  • olive oil for stuffing
  • 3 broken yolks

 

Method of preparation:

 

Pour the water into the pan and boil the rice. Cool and set aside. In another bowl, heat olive oil and fry leeks, carrots and iceberg lettuce.

 

Season with garlic and black pepper, add rice, soy sauce and stir. After the vegetables soften, add the beaten egg yolks and carefully combine with the rice mixture.

 

Cook over low heat for 20 minutes, divide the dish into bowls and cool. Once cooled, turn them on a plate and serve.
