Necessary products:

1 pepper

1 carrot

1 head of beets

1-2 onions (depending on their size)

200 grams of cabbage

3 cloves garlic

2-3 tablespoons soy sauce

1 tsp sugar

1-2 tsp vinegar

salt and hot red pepper to taste

Method of preparation:

Boil the meat, raw carrots and beets grate on a large grater, cut the pepper into thin strips, chop the cabbage finely. Mix the vegetables, salt and season with vinegar, mash them with your hands to release the juice and let the flavors take over.

When the meat is cooked, cut into strips. Stew sliced ​​onions in oil when soft, add 1 clove of crushed garlic and after 2 minutes remove from heat.
