Necessary products:

600 grams of minced meat mixture

1 egg

2 onions

1 tablespoon breadcrumbs

2 - 3 tablespoons flour

2 peppers (green or red)

3 potatoes

2 carrots

3 tablespoons tomato paste

1 teaspoon hot red pepper

olive oil

dill

parsley

ground black pepper

Method of preparation:

Mix the minced meat with the egg and breadcrumbs (you can use white bread), add 1/2 head of chopped onion, salt and pepper to taste. Make meatballs from this mixture and roll them in flour.

Fry the remaining 1 1/2 onions (chopped) in the oil / olive oil, add the carrots, potatoes and peppers, cut into cubes. Fry on low heat for 3 minutes.

Bring water to a boil on the stove and when this happens, put the meatballs rolled in flour for 3 minutes. Add the red pepper to the vegetables, add 1.5 - 2 teaspoons of hot water. Then put the tomato puree, pre-diluted in a little cold water. Season to taste.

Transfer the meatballs to the saucepan with a slotted spoon and cook on low heat for 20 - 25 minutes (if necessary, add a little more water). Finally, add the green spices and after 5 minutes turn off the stove.
