How To Cook Chocolate Baklava With Honey Syrup, Hazelnuts, Pistachios And Almonds - Recipe

Necessary products:

 

for syrup

 

  • 1/2 teaspoon water
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1 cinnamon stick

 

for baklava

 

  • 70 grams of roasted hazelnuts
  • 70 grams of pistachios
  • 70 grams of roasted almonds
  • 10 grams of cinnamon powder
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 teaspoon liquid chocolate
  • 50 grams of soft butter
  • 24 ground crusts
  • silicone glazing brush

 

Method of preparation:

 

Mix the nuts in a bowl, put them in a blender and grind them. Add the cinnamon, a pinch of salt and stir.

 

Grease a rectangular pan with oil, put a crust, grease it with oil, cover with a second and grease with chocolate.

 

Sprinkle with some of the nut mixture and repeat the arrangement. Glaze each crust with oil. Finish with a sheet, cut with a sharp knife into shapes of your choice and bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees until golden.

 

Meanwhile, pour the water, honey and cinnamon into the pan. Boil the syrup until it thickens and pour over the baklava.

 

Cool the dessert for 3-4 hours to set and serve.
