Required products :

1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
3 medium bananas
1 3/4 cup flour
1/2 teaspoon raising agent
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup cocoa
1/4 cup Milk
1 / 2 teaspoons walnuts
1/2 teaspoon chocolate shavings

Method of preparation :

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, grease a suitable form with oil. In a bowl, mix the flour with the baking powder, salt and cocoa. Combine the butter with the sugar, then add the eggs in succession, pour in the milk. Beat until thick foam and add the mashed bananas. Gradually add the dry mixture, followed by the crushed walnuts and chocolate shavings.
Pour the dough into the prepared form and bake for 50 minutes.
Check readiness with a toothpick.
