Necessary products:

 

  • half a cube of live yeast
  • 1 teaspoon warm water
  • 2 and 1/2 teaspoons flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1/2 cup liquid chocolate
  • powdered sugar for sprinkling
  • 1 broken egg

 

Method of preparation:

 

Dissolve the yeast in warm water and allow to activate. Put the flour, salt, sugar, yeast in the bowl of a mixer and beat on low speed until the products are mixed. Make the dough by hand and leave it to rise, roll out a rectangular crust, spread it with liquid chocolate.

 

Roll up, make a cut lengthwise, knit the two parts and glaze with egg.

 

Preheat oven to 180 degrees, cover pan with non-stick paper, put and bake chocolate bar for 30 minutes. When ready, cool, sprinkle with powdered sugar, cut and serve!
