How To Cook Chocolate Bars With Cottage Cheese And Strawberry Jam - Recipe

Required products :

  • 250 grams of cottage cheese
  • 20-50 grams of butter
  • 2-4 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 100 grams of dark chocolate
  • strawberry jam

 

Method of preparation :

Mix the curd with the powdered sugar and the melted butter.

Melt the chocolate and spread it on the bottom and walls of silicone ice cube trays, leaving a little to cover the dessert blocks.

Put the form in the freezer for 10-20 minutes, then fill to half with sweet curd. Make a recess in the middle and put some strawberry jam in it. Cover it with cottage cheese and pour chocolate.

Return the tins to the freezer for another 30 minutes. Then take out their contents you already have delicious candies with irresistible filling.
