Required products :

200 grams of dark or milk chocolate
25 grams of butter
200 grams of boiled condensed milk
120 grams of pistachios or other nuts of your choice (you can use a mix of different types)

 

Method of preparation :

Break the chocolate into pieces and place in a suitable bowl. Add the butter, condensed milk and place the container in a water bath. Stir until the products are melted and a uniform consistency is obtained.

Then remove from the heat and add the crushed pistachios to the chocolate cream. Stir and distribute evenly in a tray whose bottom you have covered with foil. Allow the mixture to cool to room temperature, then place in the refrigerator until firm.

When this happens, remove, cut the dessert into pieces and serve.

Store in a tightly closed container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
