How To Cook Chocolate Biscuit Cake With Caramel Cream - Recipe

Necessary products:

 

  • 500 grams of cocoa biscuits
  • 150 milliliters of liquid whipping cream
  • 300 grams of dulce de leche canned
  • 200 grams of chocolate
  • 60 grams of butter
  • 1 tablespoon fresh milk
  • 4 grams of vanilla powder
  • 100 milliliters of hot chocolate

 

Method of preparation:

 

Arrange a row of biscuits in a tray or cake tin and syrup with the hot chocolate. Mix the cream with dulce de leche and beat until smooth. Spread some of the cream on the base and add a second row of biscuits.

Carefully syrup them and finish the cake in the same way, finishing the cake with caramel cream. Melt the chocolate in a water bath, add the milk, butter and vanilla.

Stir until the ingredients are homogenized and cool. Spread the blanket over the cream and refrigerate for an hour. Cut and serve.
