How To Cook Chocolate Biscuits With Dulce De Leche Filling - Recipe

Required products :

for biscuits:

  • 2/3 tea cups of white and brown sugar
  • 1 1/3 tea cup white self-swelling flour
  • 2/3 tea cup plain white flour
  • 2 teaspoons cocoa
  • 200 grams of melted butter
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup chocolate drops - white, milk and dark chocolate

for cream:

  • 1 large box of vanilla ice cream, softened
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons dulce de leche

Method of preparation :

Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Line 3 trays with parchment paper.

Mix all the biscuit products and knead the dough.

Form small balls of 2 teaspoons of dough and distribute them on the trays. Freeze for 10 minutes, then bake for 20 minutes. Leave to cool, then spread with dulce de leche, and put ice cream on half of the cookies. Glue like a sandwich and serve.
