How To Cook Chocolate Biscuits With Glaze And Dried Cherries - Recipe

Required products :

60 grams butter
1 teaspoon sugar
1
vanilla egg
3 tablespoons cocoa powder
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1.5 teaspoon
dried cherries flour

For the glaze :

1 tablespoon condensed milk
50 milliliters of milk
50 grams of dark chocolate

Method of preparation :

Beat the sugar with the butter, add the egg, vanilla and beat until smooth. Then it's time for the flour with baking powder, cocoa and soda. Knead until smooth. From the resulting dough form small balls, flatten them between your palms and make a recess in the middle of each with your finger. There put one dried cherry and arrange the cookies in a tray, the bottom of which you have covered with parchment. Bake them in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 10 minutes.

Melt the chocolate, add a spoonful of condensed milk and pour 50 milliliters fresh. Stir and the glaze is ready. Spread it on the surface of the cookies.
