Necessary products:

400 grams of flour

200 ml of water

7 g of dry yeast

1 tsp sugar

100 grams of chocolate bars

Method of preparation:

Dissolve the yeast in 100 ml of hot water and leave for 15 minutes. Pour 350 grams of flour into a bowl, make a hole in the middle and put the yeast, salt, sugar and 200 ml of hot water. Pour the chocolate bars on the table and knead the dough, including them with the rest of the flour. Knead for about 12 minutes. Cover and keep warm for 40 minutes.

Make rolls of dough 3-4 cm thick and cut them into pieces (about 2 cm thick). From them form thin sticks with a length of 25 cm, for example. Arrange immediately in a tray covered with baking paper at a distance of 1 cm. Cover with a towel and leave for 20 minutes. Then put in a preheated oven and bake for 10-12 minutes at 230 degrees.
